Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Cleaning is provided once a week for $60.00, or upon request
  • 1/2 of the Rental Rate is required as a deposit to make the reservation.

Getting to Long Island Long Island has two Airports (Stella Maris MYLS & Dead Mans Cay: MYLD) Our Estate (Ocean Sound) is located in Miley so MYLD is closer. If coming from Florida you can fly a Private Charter directly to Long Island or take flights through Nassau. Many major Airlines (American, Delta, Continental etc.) fly directly to Nassau allowing you to skip Florida. Many will take advantage of flying through Nassau to spend a night or two in the big city, others choose to fly strait through or via Exuma.
