There is plenty of parking. Kitchen also includes a wine cooler plates, glasses, wine glasses and utensils (service for 8). The dining area table seats 4, plus 3 additional barstools at the breakfast bar. There is also 2 additional high back chairs and small table in the living room area. Fireplace is unavailable for use in the summer (however, it is not needed for warmth). 42' flat screen TV in living room. Deck includes outdoor patio furniture: 2-seater padded couch, 2 wide padded chairs, 4 regular patio chairs. 1 round patio table, 2 end tables, a patio coffee table and 2 shade umbrellas.
