2BR, 1450 sq. ft. luxury luxury house located in Roche Harbor seaside community. Built in 2005 this house features a comfortable top level with a great room that holds good water and resort views. The second level is occupied by a large master bedroom offers a king bed and TV with attached bathroom, featuring a double vanity, marble counters, marble shower and lots of cabinet space; also on the second level is the guest room with a queen bedroom, and unattached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third level (top) is one great room with living area, dining are and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, SubZero fridge/freezer, gas range, microwave and settings for 8 people; living area offers a fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, games, books, and comfortable chairs and couch. Off of the living area is a sun patio that has good views of the harbor, a BBQ and patio furniture for four. 30 seconds walk to full access to Roche Harbor.

This two-bedroom house is located in Roche Harbor's Seaside Village, a historic area on San Juan Island. Located on the northwest-most point of the islands our community is based on the idea that people should be able to connect with each other and amenities within a few minutes walk. In addition to the regular amenities of restaurants, full-service spa, pool, tennis courts and grocery store, Roche Harbor offers historical buildings/attractions, miles of walking/hiking trails, whale-watching/kayaking activities, a 19-acre sculpture park, moped/scooter rentals and boat charters out of our harbor. Roche Harbor's reputation as one of the 'must-see' sights in the San Juans was recently confirmed by its designation as an official stop on the Scenic By-Way tour--quite a distinction for one of the top five islands in North America.
