Cancellations received more than 30 days or less from the scheduled arrival will not receive any refund (except for refund of the damage deposit). Cancellations received more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. There are no refunds for Christmas, New Year's or Easter Periods.

    Please note there is an additional $50.00 charge per week for full access to the Beach Club. The restaurant and bar are open without the additional charge.
