PROPERTY CONDITION/CLEANING The property should be left in the same condition on departure as it was found on arrival. If any cleaning supplies are needed, you may purchase them in the local markets. All trash & ash cans must be put in outside trash cans & placed at the curb. If the property, appliances, furnishings, etc. are not in acceptable condition or working order, you must notify our office within one (1) hour of check-in of the conditions/problems. Cleaning/maid service is available upon check out upon request for an additional fee.
