Cute and comfortable waterfront bungalow with a very pleasant pool, hand painted murals and spacious property. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are appointed to accommodate families and friends up to 12. Tiled throughout the home features cathedral ceilings and comfortably dines 9-12 with an updated kitchen and new washer dryer. The pool and its surrounding deck make for comfortable lounging, with a shaded hammock under an old black buttonwood tree.
Wildlife lovers treasure this secluded and private property. The neighborhood features daily wandering visits of endangered Key deer (please keep gates closed). Egrets, Pelicans, and Heron regularly frequent the property. In the winter, manatees are commonly sighted in the canal looking for a drink of fresh water from friendly neighbors. The Cabana is 100 yards from open water, and is a fisherman or diver’s dream.
