The beach area boasts a nice pool (for adults and children separately), a veranda with lounges and hammocks, a couple of 'palapas', a newly built sun-deck projected into the sea and a pier.

Why this condo? It is conveniently situated on the second floor from the beach area in a complex with only eight units which provides guests a privacy hard to find anywhere else on the island, specially during high season. Its proximity to town, its gorgeous on site snorkeling and its privacy, make this propriety a favorite on the island.

About the service You will receive a personalized service throughout the booking process and during your stay on the island. At your arrival there will be some cold beverages and snacks so that you can enjoy your stay from beginning to end... You will also find a welcome letter with some tips and info, from groceries and shopping to scuba diving options and Cozumel´s beaches.

About the owner The owner is an Anthropologist specialized in Ancient Mayan Culture and Calendars. She loves Cozumel and is very happy to share this small piece of paradise with you and your dear ones. At the condo, you will find a booklet that the owner wrote with an introduction to this ancient culture, of which Cozumel was a very important political and ceremonial center. If you ever wanted to know anything about the Maya, now you have the chance to know!
