Address: 611 E Arctic. This new ocean front home has everything you could dream of. Extremely spacious and designed and furnished with a Scandinavian, eclectic flavor. Great for kids, parents, teens and grandparents. You will be greeted with an expansive view of the ocean, open floor plan with hardwood flooring throughout the whole house. Downstairs features the dining room and 2 sitting areas (one with DVD), open kitchen with marble countertops, double sub-zero like fridge, ice maker machine, double ovens and gourmet kitchen. From the sitting areas there are French doors leading you out to the deck that runs the width of the house, there you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea while looking at the Atlantic Ocean. What more do you need? There is also another deck on the second floor that runs the width of the house.

Folly Beach is a surfers paradise and close to everything if you want it to be!!. 20 minutes to downtown if you miss the hustle and bustle of the 'city' feel. This beach community is know for it's laid back feel. In the 'olden' days it was more of a hippie community at the beach. Now there are of course gorgeous beach houses next to older styles. You have a faboulous pier and great restaurants. You will not regret coming to this area, you will want to come back for more!!

- During the summer the unit is booked Monday - Monday. Off season subject to approval. Deposit of 1/2 (one-half) of the total rent due within 7 (seven) days of date reservation is made. Account balance incl. sales tax (11,16%), security deposit, cleaning fee and last part of rent is due 30 (thirty) days Prior to the check-in date. Rental made for following year are held until January with a $100 deposit. In January we contact you for half of the rent. Prices for following year cannot be guaranteed until rental is finalized (usually in December). There is a non-refundable cleaning fee. Security dep.will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days of checkout. Reservation dep. is refunded if cancelled in writing 45 (forty-five) days prior to check-in date. Absolutely No pets allowed. Should more people occupy the house than the maximum capacity. Occupancy will be terminated with no refund. During off season 3 day rental is accept./instance only. Prices are not broken down/night. Call for prices.
- Families only...absolutely no parties. If a party is held, occupancy will be terminated immediately with no refund. There is A/C, Heat, TV and phone. There is no guarantees to have them repaired immediately but we make every effort to have them repaired the same day that we are notified of any problems. No refunds are made upon failure. All Utilities, pots, pans and flatware are in the house. Linens are not provided. If you do not bring your own, please contact LINEN EXPRESS at (843) 795-4007. We can reserve the right to refuse admittance and/or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion such action is in our best interest. Prices may be subject to change without notice. Garbage pickup is on Monday and Thurday mornings at 7 a.m. NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED.

- Master bathroom has a granite shower with glass doors. 2 Vanities and a window between. Large and comfortable.
There are 2 additional bathrooms on the second floor. One is a Jack and Jill Bathroom this one is between the bedrooms that have one full bed and two twin beds. On the 3rd floor that is a full bath that accompanies the beds that are in the game room.
There is also a full bath on the first floor.

- Master Bedroom with French doors leading out to the top porch, and next door the second Master Bedroom. These spacious bedrooms has a grand view over the Atlantic Ocean. On the porch there is a hammock for you to lull yourself to sleep on the late afternoons. On this floor there is also 2 more bedrooms across the hall. One has a full bed the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. On the third floor there are beds all around the room and this room also has a gameroom. Great for kids!!
There is a bedroom on the first floor that has 2 twin beds.
