    Cancellations made within a 30 day period before checking in time date a $350.00 penalty fee will apply

    If more than 6 people extra person will be charged $35.00 per day, per person.

If we notice that some one smoked inside the condo they will be responsible to a complete cleaning of walls, furniture and will have to pay for the amount of the cleaning. Owners are allergic to smoke and one of them is asthmatic
