  • Rates are based on up to four people total. Each addiitonal overnight guest over the age of 4 will be charged $20 per night extra. A 7% state and county lodging tax will be collected at the time of payment(s). We accept Visa and MasterCard. The reservation will not be final until funds have been transferred. CANCELLATION TERMS: Renters must be 21 or older. If renter cancels for any reason MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE for non-holiday periods and MORE THAN 45 DAYS IN ADVANCE for holiday periods, complete refund will be given minus a $25 handling fee. Sorry, no refunds for any reason after those deadlines.
  • CLEANING FEES: No cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left in the same condition as check-in. SECURITY DEPOSIT: No deposit is required; however, renter agrees that their credit card can be charged to cover the costs of negligence to the premises during the rental period, additional rent for occupants not listed on the reservation, damages, replacement of missing items, cleaning, or other expenses caused by or incurred by the renter as covered in this agreement. RESPONSIBILITY: The primary registered guest on the reservation must be over 21 years of age and must be staying at the vacation rental for the entire visit, unless approved in writing prior to check-in date.

About this house Charming rustic décor is accented with country antiques. Fully-equipped kitchen with Napa-style tile countertops and new stainless appliances, plus professional-quality cookware, utensils and a range of small appliances. (You just need to bring your ingredients!) Spacious covered outdoor livingroom with peeled pine pillars (furnished summer/fall). Gas BBQ, washer/dryer, wireless high-speed Internet, two cable TVs, two DVD players, CD player, quality beds (king/queen), fireplace with woodstove insert (wood provided). No cleaning fee if left in same condition as when you arrived!

PLEASE NOTE This is a non-smoking house. NO pets allowed (no exceptions), out of courtesy to our other guests with allergies. If total number of guests exceeds six, prior approval at time of booking required.
