Ruidoso house Rental Property Information

Our home is located in the Alto Country Club with golf, swimming, tennis, and restaurant available. Snow skiing, hiking and horseback riding the mountains are nearby along with lakes and streams for fishing. The National Forest is available for picnicing and enjoying the beautiful vistas. We have a large deck (and jucuzzi) with sitting for up to 10-12 people with a wooded area in the back with a table and chairs. There is abundant wildlife and views to enjoy. Our home is very roomy with satellite TV, VCR/DVD, CD stereo, movies and games for the family, and a great fireplace. There is no AC, but windows and fans to bring in the mountain breezes. Fully furnished home with all the kitchen amenities and a washer and dryer for your use.

Our home is located in Ruidoso, New Mexico at the Alto Country Club about 7 miles north of downtown Ruidoso. The road to Ski Apache (snow skiing) is less than a mile from the house. The National Forests in this area surround our home with hiking, horseback riding, lakes, and streams. We are 3 miles from the Spencer Theatre which has many enjoyable live presentations. There are festivals to attend most months of the year. There is horse racing in the summer and gambling at the Inn of the Mountain Gods, about 12 miles away.

Deck There is a large shady deck with umbrellas, tables, and chairs for about 10-12 people. The jacuzzi is cleaned and serviced each week. The home is off the 6th hole of the Alto Country Club. As our guests, upon request, we will provide a letter to enable you to use the golf course, heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and restaurants. You will need to use your own credit card for expenses incurred.

Fun family activiites Our home is located less then a mile from the Ski Run Road to Ski Apache, a great location for great family outdoor activities. Skiing in the winter and fishing, hiking and horseback riding in the other seasons. A notebook with places to see, eat and play including maps is available in the home.
