Sugar Mountain condo Rental Property Information

Visit out beautifully decorated new 2-bedroom condominium with a 50-mile view in the newest development on Sugar Mountain, 'The Reserve.' Flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms. The unit is air conditioned but you will probably not need it. Access the Sugar Mountain slopes from the top of the complex. Master BR has king bed and deck access, the guest room has a queen and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Banner Elk is only two miles up NC 184 from Sugar Mountain, but you can see Tennessee and Virginia from the deck on a clear day.

Situated on Sugar Mountain, between Beech Mountain and Grandfather Mountain. Old Linville and Valle Cruces are nearby. Banner Elk and Lees McCrae College are just a couple of miles up the road. Appalachian State University in Boone is just 15 miles away. Continue on another 15 miles to Blowing Rock. Great restaurants, golf, fly fishing and river adventures abound. At over 5,000 feet, you will never need the air conditioning.
