Further Details for the in Texas, USA

The pond is about 75 yards long, 50 yards wide, and has a gentle slope to a depth of about 8 ft. There is a Dock built onto the pond, with a ladder into the water for easy exit from the water if swimming. With the fresh clean well water supplying it, swimming is great, and so is the fishing. (Channel Cats, Bluegill Perch, and Largemouth Bass). Two large 8' tables are set under a canopy of shade trees to make for a great picnic spot near the pond. A large Pavilion w/lights and barbecue is near the Volley ball area.
