1 Bedroom condo with optional boat slip available! If you like to be in walking distance to everything with an awesome view and amenities too, then this is the place for you! This great condo sleeps 4 and has a really wonderful deck overlooking the draw bridge, marina and Lake Michigan. Just retire to your deck and watch the parade of boats go by. Walk to several restaurants, outlet mall, zoo, beach and so much more. You are sure to feel like you are in paradise. Want to bring your boat? No problem. There is an available slip which will accommodate up to a 50' boat. But there is more. Don't feel like putting your feet in the sand? No problem. Relax by the pool and work on your tan. Feel like playing tennis? No problem. We have a tennis court/basketball court and it is for use of owners and guests only. We think you will book this one again and again!
