What a great find in the Hill Country! The house is just wonderful, for every age group. Less than 10 miles to Marquardt Ranch. Popular with girls (of all ages) for weekend get-aways, or families (grandparents, parents and several kids) or just a quiet weekend for a couple, this warm and cozy home welcomes all. The house has a master separate from two other guest bedrooms, and is all on one level. Your privacy is guaranteed, yet you are close to Boerne and other attractions in the Texas Hill Country.
