Windham house Rental Property Information

Home features a huge living room (26X30) with a pool table and waterviews. You can walk out to an oversized deck (over 12X35 feet) from two different sliding glass doors. Great for cookouts and relaxing. You can also reach the deck with scenic views from the master bedroom. The lot is level and private for outdoor games. The home is on a dead end with a 100 foot walk to 200 feet of shared beach on Little Sebago Lake. It has a gradual sandy entry which is perfect for families, canoes, kayaks and fishing. There is a swim raft and a dock if you would like to bring your boat. The location is in a quiet cove but then in 2 minutes you can get to grocery stores, movies, restaurants, hiking, mini golf and many other popular attractions.
