Luxury, immaculate, spacious, ground floor one bedroom apartment on estate. Borders Acadia National Park at the foot of Cadillac and Dorr Mountains. Meadowbrook running along the back of the property. Spectacular mountain views. Beautifully kept property with wood chip walking and running trails yet a very close 2 mile drive, walk or bike to the entrance of Acadia National Park. There is a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, living room and dining area. Kitchen has a full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and brand new BBQ outside on porch, there is NO STOVE. Queen size bed with dresser drawer and plenty of closet space. Bathroom with shower. Flat screen TV in comfy, spacious living room. Eat in lovely dining area or take your coffee on the porch outside while enjoying unbelievable views and listen to the birds. Private parking, no smoking, no pets. Conveniently located from downtown Bar Harbor. Free Island Explorer service on Rt 3 at our place. 2 person limit.
