No problem – the combined living room/dining room is an astonishing 16 feet by 32 feet big! Hungry? Snapper’s, my favorite “birthday” place, is at the end of the street on Gulf Blvd. Subway, a great Cuban restaurant, an authentic Mexican restaurant, and more are within walking distance. St. Pete Beach is the upscale yet relaxed beach, with plenty of diversions, frequent art festivals, The Don Cesar is just down Gulf. Blvd in fascinating Pass-a-Grille. Fort De Soto Beach -- recently rated the #1 Beach in America -- is just a quick 10 minute drive away! There are plenty of marinas. Vinoy Park, with its many festivals, and all of the happening spots downtown are only 15 minutes away. There are plenty of beachy shops, women's clothing shops, and restaurants. There's a trolley right down the road that will take you all the way to Clearwater Beach and to the mall.

- The Master Bedroom is nice and big, with a side reading area. There's great views of the water from the windows and the sliding glass door into the dining room. The second bedroom has some water views and has a large bathroom with shower directly off of it. The third bedroom has just amazing views. Sink into the nice cozy chair, grab your favorite book, and take a nice deep breath of relaxation. If needed, for longer stays we can provide a crib in the third bedroom. You must indicate your need for a crib in your inquiry email.

There are 2 step-downs (one between living and dining room, and one from inside to pool patio), so elderly or infirm must be able to step up and down safely. One Story. Only one dog or one cat allowed, and $50 non-refundable deposit for pets and other charges if there are damage resulting. The pet must be pre-approved and if approved would not be not allowed on carpeted areas (two of the bedrooms) and would not be allowed on furniture/bedding to prevent allergens from bothering other future renters.
Cleaning service is available on weekdays only. Price dependent on level of service desired.
