Features include custom lighting, skylights, abundant windows, and sliding doors, opening to three balconies and to the outdoors. Eco-friendly, it has a photovoltaic solar electric system, a three zone central heating and air conditioning system and bamboo flooring. This spectacular home has an open floor plan, with vaulted ceilings and many interesting architectural elements. Enjoy the dance of natural light and shadow as the sun moves across the sky and experience the splendor of nature from every room.

The bright and airy gourmet comes fully fully equipped with all the essentials and a whole lot more; a professional Viking gas range and oven, a granite island countertop, an expansive pantry, all the dishes, glassware, flatware, professional cookare that you need for a great epicurean experience. The kitchen opens directly onto the tree shaded patio allowing access to the BBQ or as an al fresco dining option. The living room features a relaxing seating area with TV, DVD and SONOS music system with stereo surround sound. A three-sided fireplace separates the living room from the large open dining room. Both rooms open to a balcony with outdoor seating areas, offering tranquil views over the Russian River and vineyards beyond.
