Perfectly situated for maximum fun! .3 miles from Boat Meadow Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Eastham, this home is a duplex---shares a lot line with single tenant, but still very quiet and separate, with absolute privacy. Enjoy all of the treasures that the Outer Cape has to offer when you vacation in this lovely home. National Seashore beaches, ponds, .3 miles to Boat Meadow bay beach, ocean, hiking, Mass. Bay Audubon Preserve for hiking and classes, bike trails, Willy's Family Center Gym, Wellfleet Drive-In Theatre and Flea Market, Art shows and galleries, shopping, sunsets, peace and quiet.

Child-friendly; pet-friendly Children are welcome and will be safe in this house; we even have some toys and games for them. We will consider having a dog as a guest as well.

Everything you need is already there There is a full-sized washing machine and dryer. There's an outdoor shower. Two large yards: front and back. Two decks. Fully-stocked kitchen, dishes, pots and pans, appliances, even a lobster pot! Toys and games for kids and adults. (Has your family ever played croquette?) Bay beach is just down the street.
