Plenty of activities: beach swimming, volley-ball, safe and tranquil ocean ponds for small kids, rock climbing during the high tide and ocean curtains for the more adventurous, snorkeling, ocean fishing from near by fishing village of Miramar (5 miles), or nature walks, reading, marine bird watching and admiring of paradisaical sunsets. Here you can also arrange boat and equipment rental for ocean and deep sea fishing. The historical city of Leon is only 30 miles away. The capital city of Managua is at a distance of 50 miles.

Cleaning, cooking, gardening and driver is included. These services are provided by a couple that lives on the premises but in their own compound. An English speaking driver will come and stay at this compound when needed.

We can also pick you up from the airport and provide transportation to and from various cities and places of interests near the property.
