  • 10% discount for military, returning guests, or verifiable referrals. Special rates for last-minute bookings. Maximum number of guests is 8. However, there is an added charge of $25/PERSON/NIGHT for guests in addition to six (6). Rates subject to change without notice until confirmed. Check-in 3 p.m. Check-out 11 a.m. REFUNDABLE reservation/damage deposit of $200 must be paid at the time of booking. We accept cashier's checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. The REFUNDABLE reservation/damage deposit converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. REFUNDABLE reservation/damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided that specific provisions are met. PAYMENT: An advance payment equal to 50% of the total is due 60 days prior to reservation dates. Full payment is due 30 days prior to reservation dates.
  • CANCELLATIONS: Credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50, whichever is greater. Damage/Reservation Deposit is forfeited if guest cancels. Credit card is charged 50% of rental fee plus the reservation/damage/security deposit if cancellation is 30 days or less prior to reservation dates. If cancellation is 31-60 days prior to reservation dates, credit card is charged 25% of rental fee plus the reservation/damage/security deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or reservation/damage/security deposit. Additional cleaning fees may apply to longer stays.
