Hinsdale house Rental Property Information

Massachusetts lake house on beautiful Ashmere lake in the Berkshires. Living room and porch provide beautiful views of the lake. House is situated with direct view and access to lake and boat dock. Recently finished complete interior remodeling including new kitchen, bedrooms, wood floor and carpeting (up stairs). House includes association access to boat docks and 5 minute walk to beach with picnic area/ playground. Rental includes use of row boat and paddle boat.

  • Security deposit of $400 is required in the form of a check before start of rental (refunded at end of stay).
    A 50% deposit is required to secure reservation. Refundable with cancellation 3 weeks in advance. During peak season, only refundable if property is successfully rented to another party. Security deposit and remaining balance is due in hand 1 week before arrival.

    Payment can be made via check or PayPal. A $5 service charge is added for Pay Pal transactions.

    Cleaning is provided at an additional charge of $50 and is required at least once a week. Additional cleaning fees may apply if house is not left in reasonable condition or extra garbage pick up is required.
