A 3 bedroom house located in the 200 acre, waterfront vacation community of Round Hill on Buzzard’s Bay on the south coast of Massachusetts is available for monthly rentals beginning July 1. The house has living room, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom and bath on the second floor with water views. The first floor has two bedrooms, a den, and a full bathroom. There is a third floor loft. The house has fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, A/C, cable, all linens. The community consists of 90 houses/units on 200 acres and is gated. It has a private golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, private beach, 4 tennis courts, heated swimming pool, clubhouse with snack bar.

There are ample restaurants, shops, and antiquing near by. There are many biking routes and hikes you can take by the ocean as these are popular weekend activities in the area. Boston is 60 miles to the North and Providence, RI is 40 minutes to the West. Newport RI is 30 miles away. The area is like Cape Cod without the traffic and congestion.
