North Myrtle Beach townhome Rental Property Information

Beautiful luxury townhome, professionally decorated, located in South Carolina's premier Barefoot Resort section of North Myrtle Beach, SC. Enjoy this very nice smoke free Townhome, which has both a downstairs and upstairs master suite (upstairs can be converted into twin beds). Outside patio, around the corner from pool and short distance to beach and of course Barefoot Resorts four renowned golf courses (Love, Norman, Fazio and Dye). The resort has a new lighted driving range and sports bar and offers shuttle service from areas through out Barefoot. Enjoy shopping and fine restaurants in nearby Barefoot Landing. Making this the ideal location for golf and beach get-aways. Sorry but Trailers and Motorcycles are not allowed in Barefoot Resort. We rent to responsible families and adults only and currently use a rental management company to ensure our unit is always clean and set up for our guests to meet their vacation needs. Rental/Trip insurance available.

From the Myrtle Beach area: Take either Business 17 (Kings Highway) or Bypass 17 heading north. You will pass 48th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach (keep heading north). After 82nd Avenue North and just past the Carolina Opry or Dixie Stampede, Bypass and Business 17 will merge. Barefoot Resort Bridge Road is approx. 3.4 miles north of this merging point on the left, just past Alligator Adventure. Just across the swing bridge from Barefoot Resort and Golf and also located along the Intracoastal Waterway is the wonderful Barefoot Landing which naturally combines beauty and nature with fun and excitement for the entire family. Shopping, dining and entertainment are available in Barefoot Landing which boasts Alabama Theater and the House of Blues.

Barefoot Golf - Challenges for all Skill Levels Barefoot is host to two of America's top fifty public courses and considered a must play by leading Golf Magazines and Experts. The Dye course host's the annual Monday after the Master's benefit golf tourney hosted by Hootie and the Blowfish and is 7400 yard semi-private course. The scenic low-country style Love course designed by Davis Love III continues to be ranked in the top ten for public courses to play. The Norman course designed by the 'Shark' is a wonderful 18 hole lay out that has seven holes that play along the ICW. The Fazio Course is touted as the most player-friendly course of the foursome at Barefoot Resort with four sets of tees for players of all skill levels. Come early or stay late and have lunch on the terrace patio of the Barefoot Clubhouse overlooking the beautiful 18th of the Fazio course. The complex also boast a wonderful new sports bar overlooking the lighted driving range.
