Annapolis Valley house Rental Property Information

This large four bedroom century home is located in a tranquil area in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. The home, although on a very quiet street, is central to all amenities. It is one block to Main Street which makes it a very short walk to all the fine and casual dining establishments, shopping, cafés, Acadia University, Waterfront Park, grocery store, pharmacy … The main floor has an open concept kitchen (fully equipped) and dining area. Double doors from the dining area open to a children’s playroom filled with art supplies, books, toys, cable TV/DVD player. The master bedroom, en suite and laundry are also located on the main floor. Three additional bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. From the comfortable sitting area adjacent to the large kitchen, you can view the private and treed backyard through oversized windows. The backyard has a shaded garden area we call Fairyland and a children’s play area with swingset. Many birds feed from the feeders and plants in the yard.
