An additional guest bathroom can be found on the first floor of this this 2 story Villa. This is a 4 bedroom home, but only 3 of which are used for sleeping, making this an enormously comfortable 3 bedroom home for up to 6 adults. The home was custom built to the highest standards and includes granite countertops, ceramic flooring throughout and custom cabinetry in every room of the home. Additionally the home comes with its own private staff of maintenance and landscaping as well as maid service. Bottled drinking water is delivered to your door daily and a local cell phone is provided for your use so that our staff is never out of your reach. The Master Suite offers an en-suite bathroom fit for a king with tremendous closet space. As well, enjoy the formal Master Suite sitting room with large bay window.
