  • Master Bedroom Upstairs provides a peaceful retreat with high speed internet, a large walk-in closet and a TV. The Queen size bedroom is downstairs, offering first floor living and easy access to the living area/kitchen. The third bedroom upstairs has two twin bunk beds as well as a day bed with a trundle that pulls out into a double bed. Both of the bedrooms upstairs will have air conditioning in summer of 2009. The den downstairs has a sleeper sofa and a 32' HDTV. All of the bedrooms have new furniture, new bedding and are painted in peaceful, serene greens, blues and yellows. Brand new carpet upstairs, and newly refinished wide pine floors downstairs.

Further Details for the house in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA

While renting this property, you can walk to the beach without being on a busy road. Beach is down a private neighborhood path, 1/5th of a mile away. Hardings beach has a lifeguard during the summer months, and is safe for young children. There are no waves at this beach and the water is warm because it is protected by the Nantucket Sound. However, you do not have the extreme low tides and high tides you can experience on the Bay side of Cape Cod. You can go kite flying, swimming, or walk on the beach to Oyster River. This beach is surrounded by Cape Cod sand dunes and is beautiful and peaceful.
