The fully stocked kitchen has many amenities including cooking spices, toaster oven, coffee maker, crock pot, blender, mixer, baking cookware, cappuccino machine, lobster pot, microwave and dishwasher. The eat in kitchen has a beautiful handmade wood table that seats 8. Owner lives downstairs but works most of the time. We have been renting this house for many years. We promise you a very clean, comfortable and fully stocked house. We believe when you walk in the door you should feel at home. Rental includes 4 beach badges and bed linens. Non Smoking House. No pets.

You will be sure to relax in this tropical decorated house. Ceilings fans in the kitchen and living area as well as 3 walls of windows ensure that the cool summer breezes will find their way to you. Dine alfresco on the front deck with a propane grill and table/chairs, or shoot down to the yard with a picnic table in the shade. After dinner take a stroll to the bay gazebo and watch the sunset.

This great family island offers so much. Enjoy the quaintness of this historical island filled with “Mom & Pop’s” stores, take in a play at the Surf Light Theater, dine at fine restaurants, enjoy the many nightclubs and bars. Entertain kids with mini golf, water slides, amusement parks, arcades and ice cream parlors. Sightsee “Old Barney”, walk the inlet at Barnegat State Park or take an Eco-Tour of LBI. Beach Haven’s Historical District has many Victorian Homes, a museum and several art/crafts in the park events. Rent a bike and take the bike path to Beach Haven (1 mile), then on to Holgate (4 miles), the south end of the island. The many marinas offer boat and jet ski rentals, para sailing and water sports activities. Go deep-sea fishing or take a boat excursion to Atlantic City Casinos.

This house rents Sunday to Sunday. Just think - No Saturday traffic - you can start your vacation with no stress and relax all day Saturday with no worries. LBI offers so much for all ages, do all these things or do nothing but relax on the beach and take in the sun and the sound of the ocean. Whatever you do, it’s a great place to enjoy yourself.
