Weekly rental starts Saturday after 4:00 P.M. and ends the following Saturday by 9:00 A.M . Early arrival and late departures can be accommodated if indicated at time of booking and may require additional charge.
  • Weekly rate is $1,300.00-2,450.00 - From Saturday after 3 PM thru the fallowing Saturday by 9:00 AM. WEEKLY RENTAL ONLY DURING PEAK OF SUMMER (from end of May-August). We rent only to families and adults over 25. No Senior Week Rentals.

The house is rented to families and adults over 25 This house located at the new luxury resort community of Bayside, one of the most prestigious family oriented resort community. The resort is conveniently located near the ocean with gorgeous views of the Sinepuxent Bay , Assateague Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Close to Ocean City boardwalk, inlet and marina and just minutes to the beaches, state parks, golf courses, outlets, shopping, restaurants, and waterpark. The Assateague Beach and National Seashore Park is only five minutes away where you can walk along miles of white sandy beaches and enjoy the magnificent view of the ocean and wild ponies. The boardwalk is approximately a 5 minutes drive. Week-end suttle to Ocean City Boardwalk is available. The community has a large club house with sofas, table, chairs, large screen TV, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen, men/women's lockers room, fitness room, internet, tennis court, walking trails. We rent to families only. No GROUPS OR SENIOR WEEK rentals. MUST BE 25 YRS. OLD
