Visit our gorgeous 2250 sq. ft. home on the slopes of SolVista Basin Ski Resort in Granby, Colorado. This is the perfect location to enjoy all 4 seasons in Grand County. Summer activities include world class golf at Headwaters Golf Course, trout fishing on the Frasier and Colorado Rivers, rafting, hiking and mountain biking on the trails right outside of your door. Lazy summer days can be spent hanging out in Grand Lake or Winter Park at the fun shops and restaurants. Another option is to sit on the deck and watch the sun set over the Continental Divide and Never Summer Range.
If you are looking to play in the snow, look no further. With the ski lift right outside the door, you are able to ski and snowboard in/out of the house. Sleds and snowshoes are provided for those who wish to explore the hill at a more leisurely pace.

This isn’t your typical mountain rental. Built in 2007, the house boasts bright colors and a clean, modern design. An amazing view can be found from any window. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. In the loft you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a small living area overlooking the grand fireplace on the main floor. The 1st bedroom in the loft has a twin over full bunk with bright clean colors of light greens and blues. The 2nd bedroom in the loft has a twin over twin bunk. The master bedroom can be found on the main floor with a cozy king bed. The main floor is also the main gathering place with another full bathroom, living room, flat-screen TV, dining area, decks, and gourmet kitchen. The 4th bedroom is located in the walkout basement and it has a twin over full bunk in it. The 3rd full bathroom is also in the basement.
The home includes an office desk and printer, along with wireless Internet - a great place to “Work from Home”. A one car garage is attached to fill with your mountain bikes! After a day of playing you can visit Hot Sulphur Springs for a hop in the famous healing waters. Evenings can be enjoyed by playing board games or the piano by the fireplace.
