The sofa bed had a brand new queen size memory foam mattress. 2 closets on either side of the hall o the bathroom.with ample bedding and hangers. Also a dresser for your folded clothing. & etc.

Shuffle board court and a shady area with ample lounge chairs .~~~~~~~~~beautifully landscaped court yard. ocean front. Tables and chairs and lounge chair .around pool. Club house beautifully furnished for guests get togethers (exercise and coffee and donuts meets.) .A computer , t.v. rest rooms and kitchen available. On site manager except Sunday and Wednesday.

GUEST BOOK JOURNAL WHEN I HAVE THE TIME, ~~~~~~~`I WILL ADD THE REMARKS FROM MY GUESTS ON THIS SITE. I have this little book available to my guests on the desk by the telephone.and it is a real pleasure for me to read and reread , because they are so flattering. It would be imposable for me to think up what they have to say. I have not had any negative comments so far, of course, if i did I would probably tear out the page and that would be the end of that! ha (of course they would be placed on the do not rent to list if I had one)
