    3) Notice of cancellation must be given 30 days or more prior to check-in date for any refund. $50.00 cancellation fee applies to any cancellation.
    4) Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. sharp. Check in 2:00 p.m.
    5) Four people maximum during stay.
    6)If you are celebrating a special occasion and would like to surprise someone, contact Paige for further assistance.
    7)One Time Cleaning Fee $15.00-$30.00 will apply per Stay (not a per person charge)

Kings Canyon Information The Sequoia National Park is California's first National Park established in 1890. Kings Canyon National Park was established in 1940. Both Parks cover a total of 865,257 acres. There are 1464 species of plants, including the largest living thing on earth, the Sequoia, and more than 327 species of animals to enjoy while at the park. Popular sights include the General Sherman Tree, the largest living tree on earth, Moro Rock, the Giant Forest, Kings River, free Ranger-led walks, and more!! There are more than 800 miles of marked trails for hiking fun. The Cottage is located off Highway 180 on Dunlap Road, 35 minutes drive to Fresno and is approximately four to five hours from Los Angeles or San Francisco off of Freeway 99. Forget the other crowded National Parks and eating out at expensive restaurants...Just shop on your way up so you can prepare healthy, quick & easy meals! Vacation at your home away from home!!
