Full payment is due if reserved within 2 months of rental date. 50% deposit of rental is due at the time of Kauai condo rental reservation; if more than two months beyond the rental date, by Check or Money Order. The full balance due 2 months prior to the arrival date. Security deposit is due at the time of balance payment. $40 handling fee per week stayed is charged for payments made via Visa or MasterCard, wire transfer or through PayPal. Any international conversion costs will be added to the total. The daily or weekly rates are for 2 people. Additional people (up to 2) are $7 per night per person. Holiday times, December 15 - Jan 5 and Easter week are $20/night more. Check in is easy. Go to the condo from the airport. 2 keys are at the door in a lockbox. Housekeeping will have prepared the condo for your arrival.

Property is shared with the Hilton Hotel and is secluded and beautifully landscaped. The Hotel has amenities inside, restaurant, bar, sundries shop, jewelry shop, art gallery and a luau and dinner show weekly. You can use the resort for $15 a night. The famous Wailua public golf course is next door. You walk along it on the secluded 3 mile beach. Kid Friendly: We have a queen sofa bed. The resort has pool and jacuzzi and tennis courts. The location is 5 minutes from the nicest public playground and swimming and snorkeling beach. It's 7 minutes each way between the two biggest towns with movies. Smoking Not Allowed: If you smoke at all, including outdoors.

Further Details for the condo in Kauai, Hawaii, USA

Check out is by 10 AM and just leave the keys in the unit for housekeeping to pick up at cleaning and return to the management company office. There is no late check out allowed. The cost for a late check out reserved in advance of stay it is a full night rent. If the condo is not rented for your check out date by 3 PM of your last night the cost of a late check out is half a night. This can be requested any time but not guaranteed before 3 PM the night before check out and must be paid by credit card at time of late check out confirmation. 2 date changes, subject to availability, with 60 days or more advance notice are allowed at a $50 charge per change. Additional date changes, after two, prior to 60 days are $100 per change, subject to availability, within 60 days changes are allowed at these costs: 60 to 45 days' - 1 night. 44 to 30 days - 2 nights. 30 to 7 days - 3 nights or 50% of rental total, whichever is greater. 7 nights or less - no changes or refunds permitted.

We provide the daily island newspaper at your door each morning, a sewing kit, first aid kit, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, cleaning supplies, 4 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 4 beach mats a couple of small soaps & shampoos and more. We've even included a condiment drawer for your use with coffee creamer, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, mayo, relish, soy sauce, sugar, Sweet & Low and more. Our condominium is non-smoking. If you smoke at all, plan to smoke on the lanai or outside. Our condominium underwent a $75,000 interior remodel last year with all new Berber carpeting, Italian tile floors, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, appliances, and tiled bath and shower. Digital cable TV is in the living room with 39 extra channels and regular cable TV in the bedroom. High speed cable internet is available for $25 a week or $75 a month with your own computer.

There is a separate work/vanity/dressing area with a desk with wall and full length mirrors, triple vanity light, phone and computer hook up. An armoire with hanging closet and two drawers is also there for additional dresser and closet space separate from the bedroom. Again no smokers, please. Kauai also has thousands of chickens and roosters all over the island, caused by the last hurricane. They make noise, sometimes as early as 3 or 4 in the morning. There is nothing that can be done about this, it is part of the island experience.
