Jefferson cabin Rental Property Information

Pamper yourself, but too many activities to sit around. Two and a half miles to hundreds of trails on BLM and National Forest land. Four-wheeling, ATV, mountain biking, and hiking. World class gold medal fly fishing nearby. Lake and stream fishing abounds! Snow shoes provided in the winter. Hundreds of miles of BLM land to explore with your ARV or dirt bike. Many hiking non-motorized trails too. Drive to nearby Breckenridge, or Copper Mountain for a day of skiing, of try snow tubing right behind the house or on the now closed ski area. Spend the day at your activity, and watch the sunset from the deck with a glass of wine. The first bottle is on me. Humming birds love the nearby trees and bird feeders. Relax on the swing or in the hammock with a book. Three bedrooms, but the master bedroom has a king size bed with a good mattress. Two full baths. You'll sleep well. High definition TV, so bring your movies.

Try skiing/riding, hiking. 2.5 miles to hundreds of miles of BLM and National forest trails to use your ATV, snowmobile, or mountain bike, or take a leisurely hike. The best part is, you probably will not see anybody. Enjoy a winter activity like skiing, or snow shoe, cross country ski. How about a day with hot chocolate and tubing? Relive the west on a horse back ride or visit the South Park City. 60 buildings restored from the 1800's! Like to hunt? Close to BLM and national forest. Also, an abundance of ice fishing in the winter.

Gold medal trout fishing nearby Drive to 6 lakes within 15 minutes. Daily rod fee streams also within 15 minutes if you want those unschooled trout, and nobody on your shoulder. Many fine guides available, or I can provide maps and whatever you need. This area is a very fine fishery.

The BLM Spend a day just exploring. Ever dream of the day when you could drive like several hours in the outback and maybe see like 1 person? This is it. Many times I have taken a walk and the only one I see is an elk or deer. Hard to believe it still exists.

Skiing/riding snowshoeing 45 minutes to Breck. Rentals available if you need it. Try a relaxing walk on the snow and get some exercise with a snow shoe adventure. Nothing like the quiet in the woods where you may only see 1 person on a trail. I'll provide the hot chocolate and thermos.

Skiing Information: Breckenridge is a 45 minute drive away. Snowshoe and snowmobiling is a 17 minute drive.

Golf Information: Have you ever played pasture golf? It's free. Club(s) provided. Bring your own beer/wine and enjoy this unique experience!. A real golf course is about an hour drive away.
