Colorado Springs house Rental Property Information

Wonderful family home on 2 1/2 acres in the middle of Colorado Springs. Wrap-around porch has fantastic views of pikes peak and the front range mountains. Easy, close access to all the area attractions. All rooms have top line queen size beds. Cots are available if needed. The walk-out level features a private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a theater room which has a futon and room to have a queen aerobed blow up mattress if needed. It also has a kitchen, living room, game area with ping-pong and Foosball. we do have some additional bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. there is a large heated indoor pool, wrap-around porch, and outdoor grill. We are a non smoking and alcohol free property. We welcome conservative guests 4 years and older, who will be comfortable with our Christian values and lifestyle.
