La Jolla house Rental Property Information

This 4,200 sq foot, two story, La Jolla house is tucked into the hill directly above La Jolla Shores beach with panoramic ocean views from the entire main level of the house. The house is in the perfect location to enjoy all La Jolla has to offer. It is centrally located just a quick five minutes to the world famous La Jolla Shores Beach, shops and dining in the Village, or 10 minutes away from Torrey Pines Golf Course. On the main level is the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The master bedroom has a cal king sized bed, ocean views, and a recently remodeled private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and utensils. The spacious living room and dining room both have amazing 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. The bottom level consists of three bathrooms and four tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed. In addition, there is a second living room downstairs with a 52' flat screen TV and fireplace.
