No landlines Available, must use your own cell phone. Linens and towels are available for a 50 dollar fee to cover laundry expense. Many renters prefer to bring their own. It is the renters choice. There are two interior stair ways between the 3 floors. The only restriction for persons is that they be able to climb stairs. This is an all electric home. Ceiling fans and open windows cool the home. The temperatures at the beach are usually 10 degrees less than in town. There are two electric fire places, one each on the 2nd and 3rd floors to take away any chills. Get Clean products that are safe for the environment (water and earth) and for YOU are used to clean the home and are available for guests to use. An effort to use environmentally safe and healthy products is in process. Free Internet is available on the beach at Captain Jack's restaurant, a short walk away and also at local coffee shops.

Home setting The home, aka Sancheron LLC, sits on a shaded lot, the back side of the beach dune. There is parking for three cars. Spacious decks are on two levels. The deck around the top floor (700 sq ft) has two picnic tables and a gas grill off the kitchen and scenic views off the living area. Children need to be monitored when on the decks due to height from ground level. The Beach Street neighborhood, Pere Marquette Park, is a mix of year round and vacation home residents. Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 pm .

Park description Pere Marquette Park is a Nationally Designated Clean and Safe Beach (smoke and alcohol free) located just south of the Muskegon Channel. A quote from National Geographic Traveler: 'Two-mile-long Pere Marquette wide swatch of sole-soothing sand keep visitors active with volleyball nets, playground sets, and picnic areas. The water is pristine and salt-free. No jellyfish - - and no sharks. (A freshwater environment)' There are two restaurants, walk/biking trails and several playgrounds in the park. Different sizes of BIKES are available for renter's use. Strolling the beach, the pier to the lighthouse, and along the channel to Muskegon Lake are a must. Sand volley ball tournaments are held through out the summer, take a ball and enter in the fun.

Boating and Festivals Bring your boat along and enjoy the beautiful sights from the water. Public boat launches are available on Muskegon Lake with access into Lake Michigan. Fishing for salmon, walleye, lake trout, and perch makes for a tasty dinner on the grill. Charter fishing boats are also available.
