Further Details for the house in Portland and Casco Bay Area, Maine, USA

Terms Rental periods begin and end on Sundays. Check in is after 4pm with a check out before 11am. A deposit of $300 is required to reserve property. This is non-refundable with in two weeks of rental period. Rental is to be paid in full (rent+cleaning deposit) at least two weeks prior to rental period. Cleaning deposit will be refunded provided property is left in a condition similar to when found. Any cancellations within two week period will lose deposit!
