Our stunning luxury apartment rental in Paris is located on the beautiful Avenue de la Bourdonnais on the Left Bank, across the street from the Eiffel Tower and Park. It features three large bedrooms, a living room that can sleep an additional two guests, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The 'piece de resistance' is the long balcony with Eiffel Tower view! Take the elevator to the sixth floor and find a large double living room on your left, dining room and kitchen on your right. A powder room is directly on your right as you enter. At the end of the hallway is a staircase that takes you to the fifth floor with its three large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Of course, the highlight is the fabulous view from your spacious living room and balcony (and from two of the bedrooms) of the Eiffel Tower and the beautiful Champ de Mars Park.

The neighborhood is in the heart of the Left Bank of Paris. Walk to monuments, the romantic Seine river, world-class shopping, and museums. The best part of this neighborhood is that it is is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and fantastic food stores. Guests love the fact that they are staying in the center of Paris and can experience life as the Parisians do -- bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, butcher, cheese shop, and small supermarket are all within a block. Rue Cler is three blocks away and is famous for its food market: cheese shops, fishmongers, tarte shops, fresh fruit and vegetable shops, patisseries, and bakeries. Running, walking, picnicking in the park, and playgrounds right in the neighborhood. There are no additional fees or taxes and everything is included: linens, utilities, free high speed internet. All the features in our Paris luxury vacation apartment rental are spectacular, but it’s hard to take yourself away from the balcony and the view. You will find air conditioning, three large bedrooms, a spacious living room, a dining room, a full kitchen and two-and-a-half bathrooms. This spacious and inviting home is one of our premiere Paris apartment rentals and sleeps up to eight people! Enter this luxury vacation apartment rental on the much-sought-after sixth floor (yes, there is an elevator) and step into a large, open entryway. A small powder room with toilet and sink is on your right – convenient as it frees up the two bathrooms below when everyone is in ‘getting ready’ mode. You’ll also find a large closet with separate washer and dryer on your right in the hallway.

A few steps ahead on your left brings you to an expansive living room. This luxurious, sun-filled room has a long balcony and west-facing view, wonderful for lazing around in the afternoon and simply enjoying your special time with family and friends. Off the entrance hall, on your right, you’ll find a large dining room with an adjacent kitchen. Across for the apartment entry is the interior staircase of our Paris apartment that leads downstairs to the large master bedroom to the rear of the luxury apartment; two large front bedrooms with views on the Eiffel Tower and park; a small bathroom with a shower and sink; and, a larger bathroom with a toilet, two separate sinks, a tub, and a shower.

Shopping! and siteseeing Walk to Paris monuments and landmarks in the safest Paris neighborhood. The couturiers on Ave. Montaigne are a 10-minutes walk: Dior, Chanel, Hermes, Luis Vuitton, Prada, Yves de la Fressange, Valentino, Dolce, Galliano, Muegler, and dozens more. And, the Four Seasons George V and Plaza Athenee (as seen in the last episode of 'Sex and the City') are right there so you can stop for tea and rest after shopping.

I love the 7th Arrondisemont, the Rue Cler, Rue Grennelle, the Champs de Mar, the dazzling light show of the Tour d'Eiffel. ParisPerfect.com have created something that I never imagined could exist: a sampling of a complete life in Paris. They thought of everything! Plus dishwasher, Nespresso and washing machines, the lovely, lovely homey feeling, and every detail. Even little scissors! I felt I was in my own home. It gave me and my daughter and grandson (age 3) an enchantment, a week we will never forget. I want to come back every year! Sans doute!
