Sandwich house Rental Property Information

We now accept credit cards. Located 100 yards from beautiful Spring Hill Beach, on Cape Cod Bay, is a private getaway for you and your family. Although this is not a direct waterfront property you do have nice peaceful views of the Ocean and Bay from the second floor. The public beach to use is accessed via a path over the dune to the ocean 100 yards away and then turn right and go along the waters edge just a short stroll to the public beach. Conservation and walking trails all around property. The first floor has a bedroom with french doors leading to a living room area with sliders to the deck. The laundry and a full bath are also located on this floor. Walk up the stairs to the kitchen that any cook would love and a vaulted great room with dining area and a dramatic 20 foot tall wood burning fireplace. Here you will find a huge deck with gas BBQ, 2 more bedrooms with full jacuzzi marbled surround bath. Home is decorated with real imported English furniture and is quality decor.

This is a secluded area of Cape Cod, yet convenient to get to off exit 3 of the Mid Cape Highway, just 1 hours from Boston. The property sits on its own overlooking a sweeping north east to west view unobstructed. To the rear is 30 acres of conservation area with walking trails, occasional deer and a real working cranberry bog, plenty of bike and walking trails, you can access the beach via our deeded right of way to get to the nearby public beach. Very peaceful quiet settings like Cape Cod used to be!!
