- Cleaning charges are included in stays of 5 nights or more, $95 charge for shorter stays
- Pool heating is optional, but is recommended if you plan on using the pool during the cooler months. There is an additional charge of $10 per day plus taxes for heating of the pool, which must be paid in advance. There is a $50 minimum charge for pool heating due to the time it takes to bring the temperature up. It will normally take between 24-48 hours to completely heat the water and thus advance notice is preferred to aid the delivery of our quality service.
- We accept credit card payments. Our payment terms are 20% of the total rental cost must be received at the time of the booking. The balance is due to be paid in full (and any check etc cleared) at least 30 days prior to arrival. All charges are subject to State and Local taxes.
A cleaning fee of $95 will be charged for any stays of less than 5 nights.
Special snowbird rates are available for rentals of one month (January -- April) upon request.

What services are provided? The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. If you require a mid-stay clean, this can be arranged for a fee through our Management Company. We can arrange this, and collect payment from you, at the time of booking if you make your request known to us. The pool and garden are maintained on a weekly basis by our professional teams. For a fee, a welcome pack of groceries and provisions can be arranged if required. We can even arrange for champagne and flowers to be in the home ready for your arrival. Our home is managed by Contempo Group who have on site staff to help you with additional needs during your stay.
What if I need to cancel my trip? If you should have to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing immediately. A credit card number will be requested at the time of booking, and failure to cancel in writing may result in the initial deposit or final payment being charged to the credit card. If payment was made via check, a refund in the form of a check will be issued. All cancellations are subject to a $50 administration charge. Written notification received more than 43 days in advance, 100% of your deposit will be refunded. Written notification received 22- 42 days in advance, 50% of the total amount will be refunded. Written notification received 7 – 21 days in advance, 25% of the total amount will be refunded. Cancellations made 1-6 days in advance of arrival, no refund will be allowed.
Where do we check in? Our house is managed by Contempo Group which is located at Contempo Plaza, 43344 HWY 27, Davenport, FL 33837. Office hours are 9am -5pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 12.00 mid-day Saturday, the office is closed on Sundays. Should you arrive out of office hours, there is a lock box situated to the right of the front doors and located inside will be a personalized envelope containing information and a map to your property. These details will be sent to you on full payment.
