SUNRISE BEACH 1 MILE FROM PIER PARK Warning: Renting this unit may cause intense happiness and may cause an addiction to the beach. Beware: This unit may also cause the urge to not want to go back to work or not want to go back home. Fall asleep to the sound of waves on the beach. Beautifully decorated beach front unit new to the rental market with two king beds, bunk beds in a separate room (not in the hall), flat panel TVs in the living, master and second bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. The master bedroom has two sinks, a jetted tub and a large separate shower. The beach front balcony is approximately 26 feet long and extends the width of the unit. Please Note: This is a non smoking unit. We can only rent to families or groups over 25 years of age. Will consider any reasonable offer!!!!!
