Located in the tourist zone, about a ten minutes walk to hotels, casinos, supermarkets, fast foods, fine dining and exquisite shops. Completely equipped and furnished for your comfort. The views to the ocean are astonishing... from the living room, dining or kitchen... simply gorgeous. The Condo is on the beach facing the Atlantic Ocean. It is equipped with laundry-center in the kitchen area, 2 queen size beds, 1 twin size, and 2 full size futon sofa beds (1 in living room and 1 in bedroom w/twin bed) , Cable-TV, Internet via Modem, 4 air conditioners, laundry center w/washer and dryer in the kitchen area, Stereo/CD player, beach towels, linens and parking for one (1) car. Daily maid service is not included, service can be provided at extra charge. There will be a cleaning fee at departure of $125. One week minimum stay.
