The open plan lends a relaxed vacation feel with beech wood floors throughout the living areas to create a low allergen environment. For your enjoyment there is a private outdoor patio with gas barbecue and for your convenience, a washer and dryer. A five minute stroll takes you down to Rathtrevor beach.

It is nestled in the cozy neighbourhood of Tanglewood on Rathtrevor Beach. You enjoy private access to a magnificent two-kilometer stretch of wide, sandy beach. A short stroll on a paved walkway will take you to the ocean, which at low tide recedes almost a kilometer, providing an ideal place for everyone to play in the sand and explore the shoreline. There is a fire pit ocean side and we supply the roasting sticks, cooler and beach chairs. Pick up some firewood, hot dogs and marshmallows and you have the makings of a memorable afternoon!

living areas Stretch out on the sofa and enjoy the 42” television with digital cable and DVD player. Or, curl up with a book on the window seat next to the natural gas fireplace for a lazy morning. The sofa opens into a comfortable double bed to create additional sleeping arrangements. Throw in a CD and enjoy a meal at the dining table. It comfortably seats six to eight people for family dinners with a booster seat provided as well as children’s dinnerware. The vaulted ceilings and windows offer beautiful views of the Fir, Cedar and Arbutus forest just outside the doors. Double French doors open onto the patio and the majestic old growth forest of Rathtrevor Provincial Park.

During the day build sand castles, hunt for seashells and roast marshmallows over an open fire on the beach. When the tide rolls in over the sun-baked sand, the warmed water is unbeatable for swimming and saltwater fun. Beach toys, cooler and towels are provided for days full of exploring on the beach. Special considerations are made for children. We provide plastic dinnerware, booster seat, step stool and beach toys!
