Central Air conditioning and tropical ceiling fans are located throughout and beautiful artwork, vases, and sculptures abound. This penthouse is certainly the premier property at the Waikoloa Beach Villas! The large gourmet kitchen is almost twice the size of the standard kitchens in the condos here! It is fully stocked and nicely appointed with with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, large island, comfortable counter seating for entertaining guests, wine cooler, etc.
