Custom designed lake front home over looking the golf course and it's only walking distance to and from Spanish Springs. Decorated by a professional interior designer. Living room has simulated fireplace with heat and realistic effects. Both the living room and master bedroom have plasma TVs, DVD player, and cable satellite with computer and Internet hook-up. Master bedroom bed is Select Comfort style with large walk-in closet and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses with much more. Appliances are new and include a huge refrigerator w/ice-maker and water server, overhead microwave, can opener, toaster, coffee maker, rotisserie, etc. This home has a beautiful view on the rear screened porch with cathedral ceiling and sun-light over looking the lake. It also has a sun-room on the side of the house. On the other side a garage w/opener, and car port, large driveway, washer and dryer, wash tub and walkway through garden area.
