Port Aransas house Rental Property Information

Built from native Texas cedar and pine in 2004 using green building practices, this pet friendly home is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Port A while enjoying the privacy that a house offers over a hotel/condo. The property is located on a quiet dead end street with plenty of off street parking for vehicles, boats, and trailers. Restaurants, shops, entertainment, and beaches are within walking distance. The community pool is close by(see pictures), and free wifi and computer access is available at the computer center, library, and local cafes.

Mustang Island is a world class fishing and birding destination with something for everyone. Port Aransas offers guided bay and off shore fishing, jetty and surf fishing, lighted fishing piers, kayak trails, surfing, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, horseback riding on the beach, jet ski rentals, bike and electric car rental, trolley service, parasailing, dolphin watching tours, art galleries, spas and a health club, 3 birdwatching trails, the Texas Treasure gambling ship, and an Arnold Palmer signature golf course(opening spring/2008). A half hour away in Corpus Christi you'll find the Texas State Aquarium, the Battleship USS Lexington, the Museum of Science and History, Botanical Gardens, minor league baseball, and much more. If you really want to get away from it all take the Jetty Boat across the channel to St. Joseph's Island for miles of vehicle-free beach to explore.

  • 13% occupancy tax only applies for stays of less than one month
  • Check in time is 4pm; check out time is 12 noon.
    $100 security deposit required on rentals secured without a credit card, which will be refunded within 2 weeks after check-out based upon inspection of property.
    Payment in full must be made within 7 days to secure reservation for stays of one month or less; first and last months rent required for longer stays. Cancellations for stays of less than one month duration made 15 days prior to arrival date receive a full refund; those made less than 15 days from arrival date will be allowed to reschedule. There are no refunds for early departures. Guests must be 25 years of age and a full-time member of the party to make a reservation.
    Small pets are welcome.
