Watch the sunrise from the upstairs East Bedroom and the sunset from the west bedroom. Each room has plenty of room for a roll-away bed to accommodate additional guests. The large living area has a down sofa that many a guests have enjoyed as a place to sleep.

Perfect for Reunions, group retreats Rebecca Creek Ranch is ideal for group gatherings, weddings, reunions, corporate retreats. It offers a perfect base camp from which to explore the many recreational activities nearby. Well-known and popular destinations like Boerne, Wimberly, New Braunfels, Canyon Lake, Gruene, and Fredericksburg are all within an hour’s drive. Numerous wineries are in the area. If you're looking for an adventure, go tubing down the Guadalupe River as river outfitters are just minutes away. State Parks like Enchanted Rock, Pedernales Falls, Lost Maples, Kerrville, Blanco and Garner offer hiking year round. Other outdoor activities include biking and boating. Underground adventures in a half dozen show caves are nearby. If theme parks are more to your taste, Seaworld and Fiesta Texas are about 30 minutes away. The San Antonio River Walk and are just 40 minutes down Highway 281. A short day trip will take you to historic museums and memorable entertainment venues in Austin.

Relaxing retreat Although a car is necessary to fully enjoy all the recreational opportunities within a reasonable driving distance, Rebecca Creek Ranch residents will find the house and its environs sufficiently appointed for a relaxing weekend away urban and suburban pressures. An easy three-minute walk down the hill takes you to Rebecca Creek, a spring-fed stream surrounded by huge cypress trees. A restricted access swimming hole in the creek can be used by RCR guests. A public golf course is located just across the creek. The night skies are unpolluted by urban lights and offer awe-inspiring views of the Milky Way on moonless nights. Be sure to book time in the spring, when the wildflowers are in full bloom. While RCR offers seclusion and a relaxed environment, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping just minutes away.
