It is just one block from lovely Kuhio Beach,the most eastern part of Waikiki Beach offering gorgeous views, easy entry into the ocean for swimming and snorkeling, an area protected from the surf ideal for children and less experienced swimmers, and long sunset walks along golden sand. Also within 2 blocks are beautiful Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo. With more square footage than most condos in this complex, the Diamond Banyan is spacious and well-designed. The Diamond Banyan is a corner unit on the 19th floor with exceptional views in two directions: the living room and lanai provide beautiful mountain views, with unobstructed views of famous Diamond Head from both the kitchen and bedroom. The corner location provides excellent cross ventilation and sound isolation, resulting in a quiet and serene environment cooled by mountain breezes—even without the available air conditioning. The Diamond Banyan offers a spacious living/dining room in warm earth tones enhanced by subtle track lighting. There is a designer leather sofa that comfortably functions as a sleeping space for a 3rd person. The living room includes an entertainment area with flat screen cable TV/DVD/Stereo as well as a computer desk with complimentary long distance phone and high speed internet service.
Separated from the living room by sliding doors is a comfortably furnished bedroom with queen bed, large dresser, a sizable closet and its own views of the mountains and Diamond Head. The bedroom opens to a spacious, well-lit vanity area separated from the rest of the bathroom by a privacy pocket door.
